D.C.'s Health Awareness
- Spasmodic Dysphonia
D.C. has recently been diagnosed with Spasmodic Dysphonia and has been suffering with it since 1996. It's a disease that affects the voice where involuntary abductions and adductions (spasms) occur. This makes the voice sound strangled and hard to understand. Anyone who suffers from this disease knows how hard communicating can be. People who CAN talk may take it for granted. This organization is D.C.'s hope of the future for a full recovery someday. Please check out this site for support and understanding with love from D.C.
